order number.
Find your order number in your confirmation email or by logging in to your account. Don’t have an account? Click here
Start your return or exchange at
the Returns Portal
Choose the item(s) and reason you would like to return or exchange. Review your return/exchange and click submit.
Ship your
item(s) back.
Print your label, package item(s) and bring to carrier within 14 days of receiving the return label. Your refund will be issued once we receive your package.
( ! ) Before starting your return, please note that we are only able to accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days from the order shipment date of any first-time orders and within 14 days from the order shipment date of any recurring orders (refills). You can exchange products within 30 days of the order shipment date. The exchange policy applies to both refills and new purchases. Read our full return policy below.
Our Return Policy
Our top priority at Bonafide is to develop and deliver powerful solutions that provide the relief you need and deserve during menopause. We do understand, however, that customers sometimes decide a product is not right for them after purchase. If this is your situation and you would like to make a return, please review our policies prior to initiating your return.
- For new orders, we accept returns for unopened, unused products within 30 days of the order shipment date.
- For recurring orders, we accept returns for unopened, unused products
within 14 days of the order shipment date. - For all orders, we accept exchanges for unopened, unused products within 30 days of the order shipment date.
- Once we receive your package, a full refund (minus a $7.00 return shipping fee) will be issued to your original form of payment.
- It usually takes about 3-5 business days for the refund to process fully; however, please allow up to 10 business days for this to appear on your bank statement.
