Our Return Policy

Our top priority at Bonafide is to develop and deliver powerful solutions that provide the relief you need and deserve during menopause. We do understand, however, that customers sometimes decide a product is not right for them after purchase. If this is your situation and you would like to make a return, please review our policies prior to initiating your return.

  • We accept product returns for unopened, unused products within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Once the package being returned is scanned by the carrier, a full refund (minus a $7.00 return shipping fee) will be issued to your original form of payment.
  • It usually takes about 3-5 business days for the refund to process fully; however, please allow up to 10 business days for this to appear on your bank statement.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

At this time, we do not offer a money-back guarantee, as we proudly stand by our products’ quality - not only are they endorsed by thousands of physicians and scientifically validated as safe and effective, but all Bonafide products are manufactured under strict, FDA-enforced GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) regulations, which address sanitation, cleanliness, equipment verification, and process validation issues. ​

We’re confident that you’ll love your Bonafide products as much as we do, but we also understand that every woman is different. While most women in our clinical studies report that their products work as intended when taking the recommended dosage and giving the product time to work, we do accept product returns as long as the product is unopened, unused, and sent back within 30 days of the purchase date.

How do I know if my bottle/box has been opened or used?

We consider a product to be opened or used if the outer seal on the bottle/box has been broken. If you are not sure whether your product would be considered eligible for return, please send a photo of the product to our Customer Care team at support@hellobonafide.com.

Do I have to print out a return label to return my order?

After requesting your return, you will be presented with two options for mailing back your items: (1) printing out a label, or (2) a QR code that can be scanned at the post office. Due to limitations within USPS, if you'd like to select the QR code option, you must choose it immediately after submitting your return request through the Return Portal. If you don't select the QR code option within a few hours of being presented with the choice, USPS will withdraw the option and you will need to print the return label. If you've initiated a return and intended to select the QR code option but were unable to do so, please contact our Customer Care Team.

How long does return shipping take?

We anticipate that we’ll receive your order back to our facility within a week after it is picked up by the carrier. It usually takes about 3-5 business days for the refund to process fully after it is shipped; however, please allow up to 10 business days for this to appear on your bank statement.

Is there a return shipping fee?

Yes, there is a return shipping fee of $7.00. This fee will be subtracted from the refund amount once the return is processed.

Why does my tracking number show no movement?

Sometimes, tracking updates will be delayed if shipping carriers are handling a high volume of deliveries and it will appear as if packages are not moving. Please rest assured that your package is still in transit, and the tracking information will be updated as soon as the carrier is able to do so.

Do I have the option to exchange my product?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchange at this time - currently, all refunds will go back to the original form of payment. However, we do hope to offer the option for exchange in the future!

Can I return product for a store credit or a gift card?

Can I return an order paid for with my HSA or FSA?

Here at Bonafide, our top priority is to help you manage your symptoms and experience the relief that you deserve. However, we do understand that, unfortunately, not every product will work for every person. We are able to accept product returns for unopened, unused products within 30 days of the purchase date. A $7.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. ​
