Serenol combines our proprietary blend of Swedish flower pollen with chromium picolinate and expertly purified royal jelly.

Food made for Queen bees, royal jelly is rich in nutrients, including vitamins and minerals. When combined with our purified cytoplasmic blend, it’s been shown to tackle irritability, uneasiness, and mood swings associated with hormonal fluctuations.14,16*

Chromium Picolinate (CrPic) is an essential mineral for healthy metabolism, working hard to reduce calorie intake and fight off food cravings.15*

  • French maritime pine bark extract Harvested from a forest in Southern France, this extract improves blood flow by replenishing nitric oxide (which is vital to our sexual function, but naturally declines over time).12,13*
  • Rose hips extract Rose hips—which contain vitamin C— enhance the effects of French maritime pine bark extract while providing anti-inflammatory and antioxidant benefits.7,9*
  • Amino acids L-arginine and l-citrulline are building blocks for protein and enzymes. Together, these amino acids provide critical support for sexual performance, increasing blood flow to the vaginal area to heighten arousal and orgasm.7,10*

Ingredients

Ristela’s proprietary plant-based blend contains two ingredients with powerful antioxidant activity—French maritime pine bark extract and rose hips—plus the amino acids L-arginine and L-citrulline.
