When will Bonafide product pricing change? 

Bonafide pricing changes on December 12th, 2022. The new pricing applies to purchases made on and after December 12th or to renewals of existing subscriptions that have been processed on and after December 12th

What are the changes?

The price of each product will be increasing by $2 per product. Clairvee®'s price will not be adjusted on December 12th, the price of that product will be adjusted at a later date. 

How can I keep (or lower) my current Bonafide subscription price? 

There are two ways that you can keep or lower your current monthly price on all our products: swapping to a 3 or 6 month plan. When you pay for and receive 3 or 6 months’ worth of your product(s) in one delivery every three or six months, we can pass the reduced shipping costs along to you and enable you to maintain (or lower) your current monthly subscription price.

My current Bonafide subscription does not renew until after December 12th, 2022, or later. When will I be billed at the new price?

The new prices apply to subscription purchases made on and after December 12th or on renewals of existing subscriptions that are processed on and after December 12th. Therefore, you will be billed at the new price on the date that your next order is placed (one-time orders) or automatically processed (subscription orders).

How do I cancel my Bonafide subscription? 

To cancel any of your Bonafide subscriptions follow these steps:

  • Log in to your Bonafide account with your username and password. If you can't log in, please see our FAQ "How do I set up a Bonafide account?"
  • Under Active Subscriptions, find the subscription you would like to cancel
  • Click Cancel Subscription on the right-hand side
  • Confirm the reason you would like to cancel your subscription, and click Continue
  • Click through the final step on screen, and wait until you see a green confirmation notice, “Success! Updates Saved Successfully!” to save your changes.
