How do I set up a Bonafide subscription?

You can subscribe to any Bonafide product by selecting either a Monthly Plan or 3 Month Plan at purchase.

How do I manage my orders and subscriptions?

You can manage your orders and subscriptions directly within your Bonafide account. Need to set up your account? Click here for instructions.

Once you’re logged in, you can update each Bonafide order and subscription independently. Please note: Changing your order and subscription settings will not affect active orders that have already processed for shipment.

How do I update my billing and address settings?

You can manage your saved addresses and payment methods by logging in to your Bonafide account with the email address used for your order. We’ll send a 6-digit verification code to your email. No password or separate account setup is needed.

How do I set up my Bonafide account?

Once you place a Bonafide order, you’ll receive an email with a link to create your account. Please register with the same email address you used to place your order to make sure your account is linked to your order history. Please note: Accounts are not automatically created when you place an order. You need to first create an account to log in.
