Ingredients

Noctera is a hormone-free, non-sedative sleep supplement with a continuous-release, non-groggy formula. It combines GABA, L-theanine, magnesium glycinate, and SAMe—each carefully selected to help rebalance hormonal signals that disrupt sleep patterns and to calm the mind for a better night's rest.

How to use

Take two tablets of Noctera once daily, 60 minutes before bedtime, with a glass of water, and with or without food. For best results, use consistently each night. Results improve with continued use.

What to expect

For maximum benefit, use Noctera daily and continuously, as it is not an on-demand treatment. Ristela® has an exclusive blend designed to safely and effectively increase blood flow to the vaginal area, making it easier for women to experience sexual arousal and orgasm.*

  • French maritime pine bark extract Harvested from a forest in Southern France, this extract improves blood flow by replenishing nitric oxide (which is vital to our sexual function, but naturally declines over time).12,13*
  • Rose hips extract Rose hips—which contain vitamin C—enhance the effects of French maritime pine bark extract while activating antioxidant benefits.7,9*
  • Amino acids L-arginine and l-citrulline are building blocks for protein and enzymes. Together, these amino acids provide critical support for sexual performance, increasing blood flow to the vaginal area to heighten arousal and orgasm.7,10*

Ingredients

Ristela’s proprietary plant-based blend contains two ingredients with powerful antioxidant activity—French maritime pine bark extract and rose hips—plus the amino acids L-arginine and L-citrulline.
